MegairTM HVAC Filter Media

MegairTM electret meltblown composites for HVAC Filter is a progressive construction that made of polypropylene microfibers and polyester hollow fibers. MegairTM offer an open fibers structure giving a tortuous path along with electrostatic attraction without compromising air flow. Manufacturers of bag and pleated filters select MegairTM for their lower air-flow resistance, flexibility in filter formation, uniformity and consistent performance.

The high-quality MegairTM HVAC filter media provides the following advantages to the user of an HVAC unit :
lower energy costs for end users due to the low air-flow resistance of MegairTM
high dust holding capacity resulting from the progressive media structure.
high initial and average efficiencies of fine dust filters due to the well-balanced multi-layer design.
MegairTM is ideal for in-plant sewing operation and ultrasonically sealed.
leak-free construction and negligible risk of media and unit destruction under altering operation conditions when employing an ultrasonic sealing machine.
efficiency levels of up to 95% in accordance with ASHRAE 52.1 standard.
