Occupational Safety Protecting Filter Medium

Mytrex® Protecting your health at work

Mytrex electret meltblowns provide excellent barrier properties coupled with open fiber structure giving a tortuous path along with electrostatic without com promising air flow.

WHY USE OUR ELECTRET MELTBLOWN WEBS
Micron fiber is good for filter application
An electret filter traps more small particles

PP fiber is an excellent repellent for blood and body fluid

FACE MASK MEDIA
Medical face masks are designed primary to protect the patient and workers from bacterial contamination in diagnostic procedures. These masks are usual specified to meet a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 95% or greater, with pressure drops usually below 3mm of water.

Another strict requirement is used in operating room or dental therapeutic procedure. With the intensifying concerns about contracting AIDS and other dangerous infections, these surgical masks must allow no strike-through of blood when impacted from a distance and at a pressure simulating blood spurt from an artery during surgery. In general, these masks are specified to meet a BFE of 99% or greater.

INDUSTRIAL RESPIRATOR FILTER MEDIA
Disposable industrial mask are used to protect workers in industrial applications. The test requirements of industrial respirators are more stringent than required in surgical masks. All respirators on markets must be identified by specified organizations, e.g. NIOSH in American and CEN in Europe, to certify the adequacy of performance in different industrial working conditions. In general, sodium chloride aerosol and liquid DOP aerosol are applied to determine the respective particle filtration efficiency of hazardous solid dust and harmful liquid pollution. As the results of our effort recently years, We offer different specification of our electret Meltblowns which are applied in N95, P1& P2 specified respirators.
